The present study investigated to identify the most important social problems experienced by women working in nursing with children, husband, parents, relatives and neighbors. It also aims to propose solutions and treatments that will address these problems. Are searcher used the social survey method, comparative and the statistical method. The questionnaire and observations were used, as well as the use of the survey as a secondary method. A random sample was selected. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (220) women working in nursing The study included a summary of the main results of the study and some suggestions that will address these problems in order to activate the role of working women in the field of nursing.The research included a number of sources used in writing this research.
